Having been concerned by how practitioners were dealt with by AHPRA, I returned to private practice and in early 2019, opened my own practice, Gardner Legal & Regulatory.
After six years in private practice, I wanted to find a way I could proactively assist practitioners avoid having a complaint being made in the first place. I identified there was absence of CPD online learning for health practitioners regarding regulatory compliance. As a result, we launched a new education portal for health practitioners, Australian Health Professional Development (AHPD) in October 2024.
