Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in my registration?
In-person registration for the Event includes access by the Delegate at the Venue to: all Event sessions; food and beverages at welcome drinks on 16 May 2025; daily catering for lunch and breaks; unlimited access to recorded Event sessions and additional recorded content up to 18 November 2025.
Virtual registration for the Event includes only live online access by the Delegate to all Congress sessions; unlimited use of all functions on the online Event platform; unlimited access to recorded Event sessions and additional recorded content up to 18 November 2025.
Are registration changes permitted?
Event registration may be changed, at the discretion of the Delegate, from in-person to virtual attendance or vice versa up to 5.00pm (AEST) 16 April 2025. The difference in registration fee will be charged / refunded to process the change. After this date, the mode of Event attendance cannot be changed, except at the discretion of the Organiser.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Event registration may be cancelled by submitting a request to the Organiser via email no later than 5.00pm (AEST) 16 April 2025. An administration fee of $250 will apply. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. An Event registration may be transferred to another person at no extra charge.
Is discounted accommodation rates available to delegates?
Special accommodation rates apply for Australasian Skin Cancer Congress delegates. Accommodation can be booked through the booking link here.
